Well I suppose this method of making low-fat chocolate is a whole heck of lot better than that wonderful mix called Olestra made by Proctor and Gamble in the 90's, which had that one "nasty side effect: oily anal leakage." I could do without that, couldn't you?? :D Justin Taylor
