OK... I think I finally figured it out. I know why we don't have a balanced budget now. Last night I saw the President on Jay Leno, or at least part of it. He being asked quick questions at the end, and the questions steered towards his children and how he helps them with their homework. (ah...) But when asked which subject he had a hard time helping his kids with, he said math. His response was that anything beyond about 7th grade, he was just completely lost. What does that tell you?
