Been having back spasms all morning and afternoon. (Makes me feel sick.) Couldn't lay down or even sit, my lower back, kidney areas, were hurting so bad. Medication took a while to kick in, but once it did, it barely helped. If I move too fast, I was still having a massive spasm right up my spine. It's slowly, too slowly, improving... ugh, time for muscle relaxers I think. Justin Taylor

Thank you everyone for the Birthday wishes yesterday... I appreciate all of you taking the time to post something. It is awesome to have so many friends and loved ones and I am grateful for all of you.
